Welcome
This guide walks you through the essential steps to start using Integrabot. By the end, you will have a working AI Assistant talking to your customers via WebChat or Telegram.Estimated time: 5–10 minutes
Prerequisites
An Integrabot account (if you don’t have one, create one here)
Basic information about your business (products / services)
Step 1: Configure your AI Assistant
You can test your assistant by clicking the chat icon at the bottom right of the screen.
Step 2: Add Knowledge
- Direct Text (fastest)
- Import Website
- Upload Document
- Go to Knowledge Base
- Click Text
- Paste your information
- Click Save
Step 3: Connect a channel
- WebChat (site widget)
- Telegram
- Go to Channels
- Click Add Channel and select Web Widget
- Customize colors, position and welcome message
- Copy the HTML snippet and paste it on your site before the
</body>tag
Step 4: Test your Assistant
Evaluate Responses
- Are responses correct?
- Is the tone appropriate?
- Is the assistant using knowledge base information?
Step 5: Your Assistant is Live 🚀
What happens now?
- Visitors using your WebChat or chatting with your Telegram bot are served automatically
- The assistant uses the instructions and knowledge you configured
- You can monitor all conversations in real time in Conversations
- If needed, you can intervene manually in any conversation
